DO YOU HAVE AN EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY?

We have extended our returns policy over the Christmas period. Any items purchased between 11th November & 31st December can be returned up until 31st January 2022.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

All orders are dispatched on the same working day if ordered by 3pm. Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

  • Before we can dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum
  • Please note delivery can take longer during sale periods 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?

Please follow  instructions detailed on the packing slip that will be included within your order. 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS | EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

We will refund the purchase price of any items returned in their original condition and packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. 

Items that have been worn, washed or are not in original condition will not be refunded. 

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements at our sole discretion.
